By accessing and using the OneState Accounts website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OneState Accounts offers an account generation service for the OneState game, as well as the sale of StateCoins and additional credits. Generated accounts are intended for personal and non-commercial use.

3. Account Creation

To use our services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Minimum age required: 13 years
• One account per IP address only
• You are responsible for your account activity
• We reserve the right to suspend any suspicious account

4. Using the Generator

The account generator allows you to obtain OneState accounts. Each generation consumes one credit. The free daily limit is 3 generations per user.

• Generated accounts are provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee account availability
• Misuse of the generator may result in suspension
• Purchased credits are non-refundable

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure payment provider. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical issue on our part.

• Transactions are secured by SSL encryption

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, code) is the exclusive property of OneState Accounts or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneState Accounts shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including data loss, technical disruptions, or temporary service interruption.

• We disclaim any liability for misuse of accounts

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Attempted hacking or unauthorized access
• Use of VPN or proxy for registration
• Creating multiple accounts
• Abuse of the generator (automated scripts)
• Resale of generated accounts
• Harassment or toxic behavior towards the team or other users

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms of use. Purchased credits will not be refunded in case of termination due to non-compliance with the terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the site after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
